Partner onboarding

Two weeks from
first call to first
white-label
deliverable.

No discovery deck. No 90-day onboarding. Here's exactly what happens, in order, on every partner engagement we run.

The four steps

Call · brief · execute · report.

01

Partner call

Day 0 · 45 minutes

A short, no-deck intro call with one of our founders. We mutually NDA before the call so you can share any context you need.

What we cover
  • Your agency's current Amazon exposure (clients asking, briefs lost, existing book)
  • Where you want Amazon to sit in your service mix
  • A quick check that we have bandwidth to take you on right now
  • Our rate card and your suggested mark-up range
  • Engagement model fit: per-account · embedded · hour bank
  • Mutual fit-check — we'll say no if it isn't right
02

White-label briefing

Days 1–5

Onboarding moves fast. Within five working days of signing the partner agreement, we're fully kitted out under your brand.

What we set up
  • Your logo, fonts, and template decks loaded into our reporting system
  • Shared Slack channel with your account lead + our delivery team
  • Branded email signatures & @youragency.com aliases (optional)
  • Per-client NDAs ready to sign when each account onboards
  • Comms protocols agreed: who joins client calls, who replies in their inbox, who never does
03

Execution

Ongoing · weekly cadence

A senior specialist (5+ yrs Amazon) runs each account. Your account lead owns the relationship — we own the deadline.

How we work day-to-day
  • All comms in your shared Slack — same channel, same team, no separate tool
  • Weekly 30-min sync between your AM and our specialist
  • 24-hr response SLA on any client-driven request from your side
  • We never appear in client inboxes — every email goes through your account lead
  • Optional: we join client calls as your "Amazon lead" using your agency email
04

Branded reporting

Weekly · monthly · quarterly

Every deliverable goes out in your visual identity. Your team forwards, you bill, the client never knows we exist.

What you get, white-labelled
  • Weekly written status note (your template, your fonts)
  • Monthly P&L & performance deck for QBR drop-in
  • Optional: Looker / Klipfolio dashboards hosted at your domain
  • Quarterly partner business review with the founders
  • Ad-hoc pitch decks & pre-sale audits for new business
Getting started

Five steps to get going.

Step 1

Kickoff & access

Partner agreement signed. Slack channel live. Brand assets uploaded. We confirm the first 1–3 accounts in scope.

Step 2

Account handoff

Per-client NDAs signed. Seller Central / Vendor Central access granted. P&L baseline captured for each account.

Step 3

PPC + listings audit

Full diagnostic on every account in scope. Wasted spend flagged. Keyword gaps mapped.

Step 4

Ops & catalogue

FBA health, suppressed ASINs, IPI score, stranded inventory. Case-log backlog cleared.

Step 5

10-point plan

Written action plan per account — in your brand. 60-min walkthrough. Then execution begins.

Who does what

Roles & responsibilities.

A clear split keeps things invisible to the client and clean inside your agency. Here's the line we draw.
