Before the call

The agency
FAQ.

Everything agency partners ask before signing. If your question isn't here, bring it to the call.

Partnership & client safety
Who owns the client relationship? +

The agency does. Always. We never contact the client direct, we don't appear in their inbox, and we don't show up on calls unless the agency asks us to. A non-solicit clause is written into every partner contract, covering the relationship for 24 months after engagement ends.

What if our client churns? +

Per-account engagements run on a 3-month minimum, rolling after — accounts can be paused or ended with 30 days' notice. No churn penalty. No shadow billing once an account is paused.

How many agencies do you work with at once? +

A small number at a time, on purpose. We'd rather give each agency real, hands-on attention than spread thin across a long client list. If you're worried about us working with a direct competitor, we're happy to discuss specifics on the call.

White-label delivery
How does white-label reporting actually work? +

You send us your logo, fonts, and template decks during onboarding. From that point every report, audit, deck, and email is shipped in your visual identity. Your team forwards it. We're invisible. Looker / Klipfolio dashboards can also be hosted at your domain if needed.

Will you sit on client calls? +

Optional. Many partners want us in the room as their "Amazon lead" — especially for pitches and QBRs — using their agency email and badge. Others prefer to keep us fully invisible and route everything through their account lead. Both work.

Do clients ever know we're using a third party? +

Only if the agency tells them. From the client's side, every interaction is with the agency — emails, calls, reports, dashboards. We don't issue invoices to clients, appear on signatures, or send any communication that could reveal the structure.

Pricing & mark-up
Can we mark up at any rate we want? +

Yes. We bill the agency a partner rate. What the agency bills the client is their call. Most partners run 2.5–3× mark-up on retainers and similar on project work. Benchmarks are shared on the intro call.

Are there setup fees or hidden costs? +

No. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no percentage cuts on ad spend, no hidden tooling fees. The partner rate is what you pay.

Legal & data
How does NDA and client data work? +

Mutual NDA signed at the partner call — covers the agency, our team, and client data. Per-client NDAs signed before each new account onboards. GDPR-compliant, data processed within EU/UK, and we'll sign your DPA if you have one.

What if we want to bring delivery in-house later? +

We'll hand it over cleanly. Process docs, account access, campaign histories, and a handover call with the incoming team. 30-day overlap if you want one.

Working together
We're already running Amazon in-house — does this still work? +

Yes. About half our partners have an existing Amazon lead and use us to extend capacity — overflow accounts, FBA ops, multi-market expansion, pitch audits. Strategic partnership tier is designed for exactly this.

How fast can we onboard? +

Two weeks from partner call to first deliverable, in the standard case. Onboarding sometimes has a 4–6 week queue depending on intake volume — get on the call early if timing matters.

What's the catch? +

We work with a small number of agencies at a time so each one gets proper attention. That means onboarding can sometimes queue — usually 2–4 weeks. If timing matters, get on the call early.
